INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR LOCAL ACCOMMODATION – Lousã ’s Brown & White Welcome to Lousã´s Brown & White. We present our internal regulations so that we can serve you in the best way possible. I - CHECK-IN 1.1) Check-in takes place between 15:00 and 20:00. 1.2) When registering or booking, the guest must identify himself and provide his/her identity card/passport. 1.3) Upon check-in, you will be given a key holder with a key to the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment and a key to the building. 1.4) If you lose the key, you must call and report the incident immediately, so that a new key will be given to you for your safety. 1.5) Upon check-in, you will be given the password to access the WI-FI, provided free of charge, at the accommodation. 1.6) In exceptional cases of emergency, you can call the contacts provided in the information provided at the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment regarding the contacts, for this purpose. 1.7) Upon check-in, the customer will provide a deposit of €90 to guarantee any damage and loss of keys (points 2.3 and 4.1). II - CHECKOUT 2.1) Check-out will take place between 8:00h and 10:00h. 2.2) On the departure day, the Lousã's Brown & White apartment should be free until 10 am. 2.3) Exceptionally, for justified reasons, we will be able to check-out until 3:00 pm, considering the availability of reservations, and you must request this on the day before your departure. 2.4) Upon check-out, the deposit/guarantee will be returned to you if there is no damage. 2.5) Any change to the stipulated time must be justified and requested, subject to availability. III - NOISES 3.1) As a matter of respect and understanding for all residents in the building, special attention is required to keep the apartment's access areas quiet, especially at night. 3.2) From 10:00 pm onwards, activities involving noise that may disturb the other residents of the building are not allowed (Decree-Law No. 292/2000 of November 14 [1]) IV - DAMAGE 4.1) Any damage committed voluntarily to the Lousã's Brown & White apartment will be charged to you if the cost exceeds the amount provided as a guarantee. 4.2) Lousã's Brown & White, depending on their gravity, will take the legal measures deemed necessary. V - COMPLAINTS 5.1) There is a complaints book. 5.2) We would like to thank you that, in the event of a complaint, you must inform the administration through the contact provided, which will contact the site. VI - SECURITY 6.1) Under Decree-Law No. 228/2009 of 14/07, this company is not responsible for money, jewelry or other valuables that may disappear within its premises. 6.2) The apartment does not have a safe. 6.3) Always remember to close the main access doors to the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment. 6.5) It is not allowed the stay and/or stay of people who are not on the guest list of the apartment Lousã's Brown & White. VII – PROHIBITIONS 7.1) Without prejudice to the above and the general rules on tourist accommodation, it is not allowed inside the premises of the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment: a) Smoking or smoking. b) Change or change the layout of the bedroom and living room. c) Leave garbage in common and private spaces. d) Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages inside Lousã´s Brown & White apartment. e) Pets are not allowed inside the premises of the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment. VIII - BREAKFAST SERVICE 8.1) The Lousã´s Brown & White apartment does not offer breakfast. IX - PROMOTIONS AND OTHER OFFERS 9.1) Lousã´s Brown & White apartment provides all the information and promotions that are taking place. a) Offers and promotions are temporary, and are subject to specific conditions defined for this purpose. X - HYGIENE AND CLEANING 10.1) The cleaning of the Lousã´s Brown & White apartment is carried out whenever there is a change of guests. a) If the stay is longer than three days, new sheets and towels will be made available, which will be delivered after collection of the used ones. b) The replacement of sheets is just that and does not include putting them on the bed, a task that must be carried out by the guest. XI - RESERVATIONS 11.1) Reservations can be made by phone, email or in person and are subject to availability. 11.2) The specific rules associated with reservations are defined by the Lousã's Brown & White Reservation Policy. XII - COMMON SPACES 12.1) Failure to comply with the rules and recommendations set out therein are subject to loss of the value of the guarantee and the sanctions provided for in this regulation, in whatever form they apply (damage, security, prohibition or otherwise). a) In situations that are not provided for in this regulation, the applicable legislation will be used. [1] With the changes introduced by Decree-Law no. 259/2002 of 23 November, it revised the General Regulation on Noise approved by Decree-Law no. 251/87 of 24 June . According to article 1, this regime has as its object the prevention of noise and the control of noise pollution, with a view to safeguarding the health and well-being of populations and which applies to neighborhood noise and noisy, permanent activities and temporary, likely to cause discomfort. Pursuant to paragraphs e) and f), the daytime period, which runs from 7 am to 10 pm, and the night period, which runs from 10 pm to 7 am, are reference periods for noise assessment.
