It is not allowed to stay or access the house of other people besides the guests informed at check-in. Daily rates include the provision of bed and bath linen, soap or hand gel and shower gel. For stays longer than a week, cleaning is carried out with change of clothes, approximately mid-way through the stay. Additional cleaning may be requested, although subject to appointment/availability and subject to payment of a supplemental cleaning fee. To use the pool, children must be permanently accompanied by a responsible adult. Check in and check out times are flexible although subject to availability and confirmation. Check-in and/or check-out outside of the scheduled times may be subject to an additional fee that will be informed in advance. On the day of check out, guests must leave the house tidy, remove all garbage and deposit it in public containers outside the house. We care about the environment, so we ask our guests to make conscientious use of natural resources. Small gestures such as avoiding wasting water, not leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the house or not forgetting the lighting on, can make a big difference for the environment and for future generations.
