Other RulesGeneral FLH provides one set of towels per guest, one set of bed linen per bed and toilet paper for the first night. Guests’ family and friends It’s allowed to invite friends and family to the properties. It’s not allowed to exceed the maximum capacity announced and/or the number of guests confirmed on the reservation. Household Appliances If you notice a malfunction in an appliance or if you have any questions about how to use it please contact our team. Keys You will receive one set of keys at the check in. Note: A 2nd set can be requested – a caution of 30€ should be paid in cash; subject to availability; the caution will be returned at check out or on the Welcome Center, after returning the keys. Lost keys – 30€ (for each key); Forgotten key on the door – 70€; Emergency visit for door opening and other issues: · Between 9am and 11pm – 0€ · Between 11pm and 9am – 15€ Furniture and Objects It is not allowed to change the original layout of the furniture; everything that is inside the apartment belongs to its owner and should not be used on the exterior. FLH reserves the right to charge the guest if any damage or any fault is detected in the apartment, during or after the stay. Garbage It’s forbidden to leave garbage in front of the door and/or in the common areas of the building. Please check the check in file to detailed information. Personal belongings Feels Like Home is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the apartment during the stay. Any item found in the apartment after check-out will be stored and may be claimed within a maximum of 15 days. Check Out If you wish to change the agreed check-out time at check-in please contact our team (maximum limit 11am). If you do not leave the apartment until 11am, FLH reserves the right to charge an extra night, as penalty.
