On the historical neighborhood Alcântara, 5 minutes walking from River Tejo, you’ll find this spacious, beautifully decorated and totally renovated apartment.

Located on the 4rd floor, this apartment enjoys an energizing sunlight across the entire apartment. The rooms are spacious, with an art deco decoration that combines the old wooden floors, the hight ceilings, with style and character.

Overall, you’ll find 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 4 single beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a breakfast balcony and a spacious living and dining room with table for 8.

The apartment is ideally located in Rua de Alcântara, next to Tagus River and between the two must see regions of Lisbon: Belém and downtown.

Just around the corner are several interesting places, such as Lx Factory, the Oriente Art Museum, Bars & Discos. You’ll also find lots of restaurants and coffee shops with traditional food with relaxing and amazing riverviews.

Also you can get to any other city point easily, as the bus stop stays on 2 minutes walking distance, where you can get, for instance, to Terreiro do Paço in 10 minutes (Carrier Nº 15), Belém in 10 minutes (Carrier Nº 15).
You might also want to catch the train at Alcantara Mar station, to Cascais Line, that can take you to several beaches. It’s only 5 minutes walking distance.
