We present to you our rules of procedure so that we can best serve you. 1. Identification of the Local Accommodation project This Local Lodge is a tribute to the life and work of my sister Isabel Penisga. The house where he lived contemplates, an exhibition of caricatures and personal belongings. The name "House of Ti Babel" was inspired by the way my sister called her house. "Ti" means the aunt of your only nephew who has always loved so much. "Babel", in addition to being her artistic pseudonym, was also how her family and her closest friends called her fondly. 2. House Description and Outside Mediations It is a cozy single home, for 2 to 3 people, with a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with poliban. Accommodation situated in the historic area of the city with a free car park 150 metres away and within easy reach of all entrances and exits of the city. At 250 metres is the boarding pier access to the Ria Formosa Islands (Armona, Culatra, Farol, Deserta and Faro Beach), where on site visitors can have more information. In the accommodation's mediations, between 10 and 50 metres there is a mini market, a laundry room and a large dining and shopping area. • The house is equipped with: ✓ Air conditioning, ✓ Fan, ✓ Fan term, ✓ Fiber optic service 100 TV channels, ✓ Wi-Fi 2.4G and 5 G free, ✓ Towel warmer in the bathroom, ✓ Bed linen and ✓ Bathroom towels, ✓ Travel bed for children from 6 months to 3 years old, ✓ Feeding chair for children from 6 months to 3 years old, ✓ Dishes and cutlery, ✓ Washing machine, ✓ Hair dryer, ✓ Iron, ✓ Clothing extension, ✓ Microwave, ✓ Oven, ✓ Tostadeira, ✓ Toaster, ✓ Nespresso machine, ✓ Electric coffee maker, ✓ Magic wand, plus ✓ Other basic kitchen equipment, ✓ 37" LED TV in the room, ✓ LED TV 32" in the room. • In the accommodations also has available: ✓ Shower gel and shampoo on poliban, ✓ Hand gel on the bathroom countertop, ✓ Dish detergent on kitchen countertop, ✓ Disinfectant gel at the entrance of the accommodation, ✓ Toilet paper, ✓ Kitchen paper roll, ✓ Coffee and tea capsules. 3. Reservations 3.1. Reservations can be made in person, by telephone, sms, email, or through the booking platforms provided that you have an active presence of the accommodation as available for reservation and on the site of The House of Ti Babel - Local Accommodation - Gallery https://casinha-da-ti-babelalojamento. negocio.site/ subject to availability of accommodation. 3.2. If the booking is made on a booking platform site, the condition thereby prevails announced, otherwise the condition to be considered is as follows: 3.2.1. 1 To link the Pre-booking, you have an advance of 25% of the amount, at least 60 days before the check-in date. 3.2.2. To link the reservation, you have an advance of 50% of the amount, at least 30 days before the check-in date. 3.2.3. The following details are required to fill out the guest registration sheet: a) Full name, b) Address, c) Telephone, d) E-mail, e) Number Of Identity Card / Citizen Card or passport. 4. Reservation modifications and Cancellations 4.1. Any and all changes, such as a reduction in the number of nights booked, the number of occupants or total cancellation of the reservation, imply the following conditions: 4.1.1. Cancellation with less than 30 days from the check-in date, the total amount of the reservation will be Charged. 4.1.2. Cancellations dated more than 30 days from the check-in date, only the 50% of the reserve signal. 5. Check-in 5.1. Check-in takes place in the normal period between 16:00 and 20:00 and will take place once the advance payment of the reservation has been made. 5.2. Any change to check-in time will have to be duly justified and validated, together with the reception services, and an additional fee of €5 may be charged in the first hour of the increased to 25% for each hour after the most. 5.3. At the time of registration, the guest will have to identify himself/herself and provide the receptionist with his/her identity card or passport. 5.4. Exceptionally and for justified reasons, check-out may be done by 13:00, which will be conditioned by availability and eventual reservations of the accommodation. This amendment exceptional check-out time must be requested by the previous day of departure. 6.3. Any change to the agreed check-out time will have to be duly justified and validated, with the reception services, and an additional fee of €10 may be charged in the increased to 25% for each hour more. 6.4. In the absence of damage, the security/guarantee will be returned to you at checkout time. 7. Damage 7.1. Any damage committed voluntarily or involuntarily to the accommodation shall be debited, if its value exceeds the amount provided as collateral. 7.2. The House of Ti Babel - Local Accommodation - Gallery, has a complaints book. 8.2. For the sake of respect for all neighbours, special attention is drawn to the low permissible noise in the day time and silence mainly in the evening. 9.2. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., activities that import noise that may cause to harass the neighbors – (Decree-Law No. 292/2000 of November 14). 10. Security 10.1. Under Decree-Law No. 228/2009 of September 14, the management of the accommodation is not responsible for the eventual disappearance of money, jewelry or other valuables. 10.2. We advise you to always close the main access doors to this accommodation. 10.3. It is not permitted to stay and/or stay for persons who are not part of the list of guests of the accommodation Casinha da Ti Babel. 11. Prohibitions 11.1.
