Any damage must be reported to us for us to resolve. 8. The House is equipped with a high security door and lock as well as an intrusion alarm. The intrusion alarm needs 2 cameras that only work if the alarm is activated and in case of "intrusion", so the Customer is the one who decides whether he wants to use this functionality when he is away or not. 9. Doors and windows must be properly closed whenever Customers are away to safeguard all goods. We are not responsible for any theft during your stay. 10. The key given to the customer will cost €35. in case of loss. And whenever the Client asks us for 2 keys (in the case of two couples), one of the keys is only delivered with a security deposit of €35. 11. An extra final cleaning cost of €45/reservation is charged for each booking. If the Client needs or intends to change clothes or cleaning during the stay, he/she must contract this service directly with Sandra Pinheiro, our collaborator. 12. The house has a Rules Book printed in 5 languages ​​where you can ask any questions or contact us and it must be delivered in clean condition and the key(s) delivered in good condition, as received. ALL customers will fill in a form on arrival, nationals containing the name of all the people who are part of the reservation, address and NIF for issuing a Receipt.
