Other RulesOur main rule is making sure our guests have a great time while at our flat! We have an excellent relationship with our neighbours, and so we would like to continue. Please respect the neighbours and be friendly. It is always nice to find the apartment well cared for :) • Pets allowed • Smoking allowed only in the garden • No events allowed EXTRA FEES: • Our base price applies to One Bedroom for 1 to 2 people – Extra LINEN 20€ provided upon request – Extra TOWELS 7,5€ (bath+face) provided upon request • CHILDREN of all ages also count as guests (all linen and towels included + Baby travel cot available upon request). Thank you so much for bearing that in mind when making your reservation – please book them as CHILD (and not INFANTS) otherwise Airbnb will not count them as valid guests • PET-FRIENDLY: We welcome nice and well-behaved furry friends for a fixed fee of 35€/pet per reservation (dogs & cats). SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: • This flat is equipped with a smart lock that allows for safe & practical self check-in. Upon booking, you will receive a unique access code valid throughout your stay. • Our check-in/out times are flexible and upon request & availability (generally check-in after 14:00 and check-out till 12:00) OPTIONAL IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: • For guests who prefer to be personally welcomed by our staff, we provide in-person check-ins for 30€ per appointment. • Late/Early Check-in: an extra 20€ fee applies for in-person check-in between 21:00–9:00 (including flight changes, delays with flights or transports, and all situations for which we cannot be held responsible - we appreciate your understanding). • DELAYS: When the guest arrives later than agreed for reasons of their responsibility, an extra fee applies after 30 minute tolerance, at the rate of 7,5€ per each 0h30. KEYS: • The building door key provided to our guests must be returned upon check-out. • Lost/missing key: in case the key is lost/missing upon check-out, the door lock shall be replaced for safety reasons, and the guest will be charged with the costs: minimum 75€ for the lock replacement + 20€ per lost key. • Lost/missing lock box (inside which we make the building key available): in case the lock box is missing upon check-out, the guest will be charged 40€ for its replacement. INTERMEDIATE CLEANING: • For stays of 8 days or longer, we offer an intermediate overall cleaning: this will be required not only to ensure our guests the best comfort possible, as to check that all equipment/appliances are functioning properly in the apartment.
