Our main rule is making sure our guests have a great time while at our flat! We have an excellent relationship with our neighbours, and so we would like to continue. Please respect the neighbours and be friendly. It is always nice to find the apartment well cared for :) • Pets allowed • Smoking allowed only in the garden • No events allowed EXTRA FEES: • Our base price applies to One Bedroom for 1 to 2 people – Extra LINEN 20€ provided upon request – Extra TOWELS 7,5€ (bath+face) provided upon request • CHILDREN of all ages also count as guests (all linen and towels included + Baby travel cot available upon request). Thank you so much for bearing that in mind when making your reservation – please book them as CHILD (and not INFANTS) otherwise Airbnb will not count them as valid guests • PET-FRIENDLY: We welcome nice and well-behaved furry friends for a fixed fee of 35€/pet per reservation (dogs & cats).
