The apartment was created in my house ground floor, independent, on a hill in a beautiful Tavira area. Free Wi-fi, Cable TV, air conditioning. Fireplace in the leaving room.
Located 2 minutes from the National Road 125, 5 minutes by car of the Ria Formosa (Natural Park) and the beautiful Tavira island 10 minutes walk to the city center.
Extra cleaning and disinfection majeures. “Clean and Safe” seal, by Portugal Tourism Office.

The space
The apartment as 4 people capacity, (two bedrooms, 3 beds).
Bathroom with shower, washbasin. Hair drier, towels and WC.
Kitchenette equipped with: microwave / oven / grill, tradicional coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, citrus fruit machine, grinder / grater, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge / combined; table and 4 chairs, dishwasher / ceramic stove.
Living room with sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, Cable TV with 116 channels; US, UK, Fr, ES, etc, DVD, unlimited Internet wireless, and storage.
Air conditioning and heaters too.
Towels / sheets / pillows / blankets and comforters included.
Excellent location, on a small hill by side Gilão River, in a beautiful Tavira area, just 10 minutes walk to Tavira historical center.
I have created an apartment in my house, absolutely independent, with all the facilities needed.
The outside space available is the one visible in the fotos, but is not private.

2 bikes available by request, free of charge
Baby bed available, 20€ per stay.
For the bikes you need a cash deposit of 100€ on arrival. Refundable at the end of your stay if no damage to attend.

If it is necessary to extend your stay in the apartment due to Covid 19, such as a quarantine period or any other, the costs arising from the situation are borne by the guests, including the costs of cancellation of subsequent reservations.
