All rooms with air-co, TV, private bathroom, safe and double-glazed windows. Common dining area and 2 fully-equipped kitchens. Located in the centre of Lisbon, just 200m from a metro station and the Avenida da Liberdade, 10 minutes walk from Rossio and 15 minutes from Bairro Alto.

The Lisbon Terrace Suites Group Apartment is a huge, 240m2, 9-bedroom, newly renovated, 3rd-floor property located in the Baixa area of central Lisbon, close to the Avenida da Liberdade. Groups reserving this property will have private use of the apartment. The building has a lift and the apartment has access to the truly spectacular 200m2 rooftop terrace which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the city, as well as shaded seating areas, sunbeds, and an outdoor shower.

Groups have private, unshared, access to the entire apartment. This includes:
– 8 bedrooms with 2 single beds
– 1 bedroom with a double bed
– dining room with kitchen
– access to the rooftop terrace
The complete interior and exterior terrace areas described above is exclusively for your group.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a full en-suite private bathroom, and possess quality double-glazed windows for excellent sound-proofing. Each room is suitable for 2 guests, and children are welcome. All guests have access to a fully-equipped kitchen for a self-catering option. Cots and high-chairs for babies are free, on request.

The common kitchen area has an oven, cooker, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher, with all the necessary cutlery and crockery, pots, pans cups, kitchen utensils, etc. for guests to cook their own meals.

3 of the bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the street below. It is possible to open the full windows to enjoy the warm Lisbon weather, although anybody wishing to sit outside will surely enjoy our rooftop terrace even more! 8 of the bedrooms have two comfortable single beds which can be put together for couples, or maintained separate for 2 friends, or family members. Bedroom Nº3 is large enough for an extra bed when the group is 19 guests, and bedroom Nº4 has 1 double bed. There are clothes racks and wardrobes, bedside tables, a personal safe in each room and large flatscreen TVs with access to international channels, as well as free highspeed (100Mbps) fibre wi-fi.

The en-suite bathrooms have a stand-up shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.

Lisbon Terrace Suites holds the “Clean & Safe” seal from the Tourism Board of Portugal. Turismo de Portugal created the “Clean & Safe” seal to distinguish companies in the sector that comply with the minimum hygiene and careful cleaning requirements for the prevention and control of this virus or other possible infections, in order to to allow tourism enterprises, tourist entertainment companies and travel agencies to have a tool that certifies them as safe establishments, guaranteeing the tourist’s confidence in the destination.

These measures require the creation of an internal protocol, in conjunction with the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health, which ensures the necessary hygiene to avoid risks of contagion and ensure safe procedures for the operation of tourist activities.

NOTE: For the security of all guests, this property has CCTV in the common dining room area, the corredors, and the shared terrace. The recordings are used only if a security violation occurs and are deleted automatically after 30 days. Obviously, there is no CCTV in any of the bedrooms.

All bedroom doors have door codes for your privacy, and there is a fully-equipped kitchen for dining. Groups have private, unshared, access to the entire apartment. This includes:

Full refund for cancellations made 60 days before check-in. If booked less than 60 days prior to check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days prior to check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no refunds will be issued.
RULES FOR LISBON TERRACE SUITES Dear guest, please read the following guidelines carefully for your stay at our guesthouse. 1. CLEANING Common areas are cleaned weekly, usually on Wednesday mornings, although this may vary depending on the availability of our collaborator (Helena). She cleans the kitchens, hallways and if there's time, the terrace. Helena sometimes needs to wash, dry and iron the sheets after previous guests check out. Cleaning her room is her responsibility. We provide cleaning products, which are usually stored in the marquee between the kitchens, and there is a vacuum stored in reception. If you need more cleaning products, please contact us. 2. GARBAGE When there is a lot of garbage, empty bottles, etc., Helena spends almost more time washing everything in the street bins than cleaning. So please help with this task, taking the garbage to the green container at the entrance of the building. If it's full, there are several containers around the corner on the other side of the Mexican restaurant. For the bottles, there is a container next to the ruined building up the street. We appreciate your help with this matter, as it allows Helena to be more efficient in cleaning. 3. SHEETS AND TOWELS We offer two sets of sheets and towels for each guest. When you want to change the sheets, you can use the second set and at the same time wash the dirty clothes in the washing machine in the small kitchen. You can roll out the clothes on the roll out ropes. If there is no space, tumble dryers in the street laundry cost just €1.80 for 18 minutes. 4. BATHROOMS Please be very careful with the toilets. They use electric shredders, and wipes, sanitary towels, condoms and similar items can block them. Please deposit only toilet paper in the toilets - all other waste must be deposited in the provided waste bins. 5. KITCHEN Please be sure to wash all dishes, pots and pans after use. We provide liquid detergent and two dishwashers plus detergent just for this purpose (if you need more, just let us know), but mostly you should do this so other guests can use these items without having to wash them first. Respect others and remember that someone will need the dishes after you. We do not implement any system for your meals, as we believe you can easily organize this with other guests. There are two refrigerators, each with a freezer, and we believe that this should be enough for everyone. 6. NOISE LEVELS We kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11pm, both for the sake of other guests and the neighbors in the building. When there are more than two or three people in the kitchen, remember that there are other guests in the apartment who can probably hear the noise, and when there is a group of people on the terrace, remember that the neighbors across the street don't think twice about calling the police due to excessive noise levels. This is especially important at night. Please note that if the police come because of a noise complaint, they can be fined up to €400! 7. HEALTH AND SAFETY We suggest that everyone wear masks in common areas, as well as the alcohol hand gel we provide. If you plan to take the vaccine for Covid-19 in Portugal and you have a National Health Service number (user number), make sure you are registered with a health center. DOOR CODES Each room has a small white box with the word Homeit printed on it. Please do not unplug this box as it controls the door codes and you may not be able to re-enter the room. If your code doesn't work, please contact us and we can generate a new one. 9. EXTRA SERVICES If you want to order breakfast, delivered directly to the kitchen at any time you want, it costs €10 per person. We can also arrange professional cleaning of the rooms, with a complete change of sheets and towels for €15
