Whenever possible, we are very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times so get in touch should you need a different time. === Smoking === Being a family home, we have a no smoking policy (although you can smoke on the terrace) What you do in your personal time depends entirely on you, but in the apartment, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding drug use. === Noise === Respect other people, keeping things on the quiet side between 10 pm and 8 am. If you want to listen to music use the headphones, remember that other people need to rest. === Parties === If you come to Lisbon to have fun at parties, you have chosen an excellent city to do it. Unfortunately, not in our apartment. Although we are sure that this will not happen, complaints from neighbors due to noisy behavior will cause you to be asked to leave. It's not good for you and it's not good for us. === Number of guests === We also ask you to respect the number of people you booked and paid when you made the reservation. We understand that for various reasons, you may want someone else to stay with you. If so, contact us. We are reasonable people and we stay where possible. === SEF === By law, we are obliged to report some personal data of each guest to the Aliens and Borders Service (SEF). After the information is sent to the SEF, the personal data is destroyed.
