It has a Suite with a bed 150×200, wardrobe, safe, balcony and bathroom with bathtub and bidet.
The second bedroom has two 90×200 beds, wardrobe and balcony.
There is also an additional bathroom with shower and bidet.
The lounge has a flat-screen cable TV, a dining table, a double sofa bed and a balcony with table and chairs.
The kitchen opens onto the lounge and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, toaster, blender, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Free and unlimited WiFi internet exclusive to the apartment but there is additional WiFi in the common areas of the building.
For your comfort, the accommodation has electric shutters with total closing and air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen and bedrooms. In the bathrooms we have ventilation / heating.
There is private parking subject to payment of €3 per night.

Short access to the beach, through a gate near the pools, where there is also a foot wash.
All gates are opened using codes to be provided after booking.

Small supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, bars and all kinds of commerce, within walking distance of the condominium (inside the condominium there is a patisserie and an ice cream parlor).
