How to advertise

ACCOUNT CREATION

✓ Log into the LOCALLHOMES Platform at https://plataforma.locallhomes.pt/login and click “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”
✓ After filling in all the fields, you will receive in the email with which you registered, a message “Verify your email”
✓ Enter your email, click “validate email” and you will be forwarded to the platform login page
✓ Log into the Platform with the email and password you registered with and fill in the requested fields of the Business Contact and Profile:
1. Dados Comerciais | 2. Dados Atividade. | 3. Dados para Reservas.
✓ After all the data is filled in, you can move to the next step: Inserir a sua Propriedade

INSERTING YOUR LOCAL ACCOMMODATION INTO THE PLATFORM

✓ To make the process of entering a property (Local Accommodation) easier, we suggest you have it handy:
1. The RNAL registration number of your property.
2. The listing for your property, preferably on Airbnb, to make it easier to copy the information
✓ Fill in the details regarding the location of your Local Accommodation and the RNAL Registration Number
✓ You will receive a request on your email or cell phone to confirm the RNAL details and confirm that you are authorized and empowered to manage the advertisement for this property
✓ You can now enter your Local Accommodation details manually or if you want to speed up filling out the form, and if you have an advertisement on Airbnb, you can import the main data and photos
✓ Fill in all the data regarding your Local Accommodation:
1. Description | 2. Location | 3. Details | 4. Amenities | 5. Price | 6. Pictures | 7.Calendar
✓ Be sure to describe all the features of your LA. Value what makes your space unique and share relevant information about the surrounding area. Important! You should insert between 1 to 3 quality photos of each room in your AL. Minimum of 5 and maximum of 20 photos per ad. Photos must be in JPEG or PNG format and be maximum 3MB.
✓ After you have filled out your entire Local Accommodation form correctly, the property gets an “ACTIVE” indication
✓ If any mandatory information is missing, it will remain “PENDING” until you fill in the missing information
✓ You can edit the information regarding your Accommodation by simply clicking on the “ACTIONS” field and clicking on the respective icon

CANDIDATE YOUR LOCAL ACCOMMODATION TO THE CAMPAIGN SITE

✓ Now, all you have to do is submit your property (Local Accommodation) to the current campaigns
✓ Enter your email, click “Validate email” and you will be forwarded to the platform login page
✓ Within a maximum of 3 business days, you will receive a response about your application
✓ After your application is accepted, the advertisement of your Local Accommodation will be automatically activated on the Campaign website you have selected
✓ To log into the Campaign site, you will need to use the login email you registered with on the platform. For security reasons, you will need to create a new password

Active ANNOUNCEMENT AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST

✓ Once your Local Accommodation ad has been activated on the campaign site, you will start receiving inquiries directly in the LOCALLHOMES Personal Area and in your email
✓ Confirm availability, value, rates or offer a discount to your guests
✓ Respond to all guest messages as soon as possible. The response time to a possible reservation influences the guest’s decision to stay with you or choose another LA. We advise you to reply within 24 hours at the latest
✓ Once the reservation is confirmed, arrange the payment method and other check-in and check-out details with the guest
