- • In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of €50 will be charged for each pair of keys (plus €50 for each command, if applicable). If you leave the keys inside the house, an extra fee will be charged according to the following hours: between 9:00 and 18:00: €25; other time: €50;
- • Facilities can only be used by registered guests;
- • Reservations with animals require confirmation and have an additional cost of 40€.
- • Garbage must be deposited in the respective bins;
- It is important to provide check-in time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not show up within 30 minutes, the host may be absent and a new appointment will be necessary, subject to availability. Check-in after 22:00 requires prior confirmation and has an extra cost of 20€.
