Other Rules Treat the apartment and its items with care, as if they were your own. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. Respect neighbors: No loud noise is allowed before 10:00 am or after 10:00 pm If you are 2 people and need the sofa bed made, it must be requested before your check-in, otherwise we will assume you are a couple and we will only make the bed in the room. Respect the check-in and check-out times: • Check in: from 15:00 to 24:00. Please provide a check-in at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you need to store your luggage (from 12:00 onwards), let us know in advance. A member of the Liiiving Team will be pleased to meet you and welcome you to the apartment at the agreed time. • Check-out: until 11:00 am. (If there is availability, we would love to offer a late checkout). Please take care of the decor items, furniture, towels/sheets and other equipment in the apartment. Any questions regarding the handling of appliances and equipment in the apartment do not hesitate to contact us. Leave all electrical appliances turned off, make sure the water faucets are not running, and close all doors and windows before checking out. We ask guests to leave the dishes and kitchen clean and empty the trash, there is always a garbage dump in the next street. The apartment is cleaned before each arrival. Please keep the apartment as tidy and clean as reasonably possible at all times during your occupancy. If you need extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it at an additional cost. The person who made the reservation will be responsible for any issues during the stay.
