We ask that you do not take anything out of the apartment. -Keys Upon check-in of your reservation, HAP will hand you a set of keys to the accommodation. To avoid extra charges, we ask you not to lose them or leave them inside the apartment. To open your apartment door, there will be an extra charge. -Silent hours Out of respect for the neighbors, please take into account the quiet period between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. - Check-out Check out must be done until 12:00; If you want to change the check-out time, agreed upon at check-in with our team, please let us know as soon as possible; There are no refunds in case of early departure of guests; Always check your belongings before leaving the apartment, namely, battery chargers, mobile phones, tablets, etc. - Losses and damages We know that accidents happen.
