Other Rules We really want you to enjoy Hooked and have a great experience in the neighborhood of Troino / Setúbal. If you need any tourist information or advice, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Rules of the House 1) Smoking is allowed on the street. But we ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. If it has to be, please do it at the window or on the balcony. 2) Neighbors enjoy the quiet as much as our guests. Please reduce noise to the maximum between 11pm and 8am. 3) Do not leave the lights on or the air conditioner on while not at home or when it is not needed. We, and the environment, thank you. 4) Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If you cannot, and something happens with the apartment or some of your equipment or decorative elements, make sure that we are the first to know so that we can find a solution right away. 5) We ask you to respect the time of check-in (3pm) and checkout (12pm). But if you need to arrive early or leave later, please let us know as soon as possible. 6) Collection of household and recycled garbage - between 7pm and 10pm, in a well-identified place, only 20 meters from the building. 7) Kitchen equipment instruction manuals are in the cooker cabinet drawer. 8) In case of emergency you should contact: • S.O.S. 112 • Police 265 535 231 • Fire Depart. 1501
