Other RulesApartment for a maximum of 4 people. Check-in: 16h. Checkout: 11am For check in, all guests must provide their identification and only they can stay in the accommodation. The data to be provided are: name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, identification document (type - BI/CC/Passport/Other, number, issuing country). Reservations are made upon payment of 25% of the total amount of the stay. Payment for the reservation can be made by mbway, to contact 962324196 or by bank transfer, to an account with IBAN Pt50003507860001692520093, in the name of Maria de Fátima Rodrigues (owner of the local accommodation). Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in date. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation and in the common areas inside the condominium. No pets allowed. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Avoid making noise between 10pm and 7am. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings and for any damage to the room, including objects and furniture. At the Golden Club, the schedules and rules for using the swimming pools, jacuzzi, boat to the beach and other services can be consulted. The Golden Club has extra services (kids club, gym, etc.), contracted directly. Extra cleaning available at an additional cost. The apartment must be left as provided, without trash inside and with the dishes washed in the machine. Garbage must be deposited outside, in the respective containers.
